Great question! A mix of the two is what I like. I find that working remotely allows for more focused work since you're not dealing with the impromptu interruptions, I mean meetings!, that happen in the office. 

Since I have been working from home for over two years now, I feel comfortable in this setting but ideally I like to work from home some and some in an office to change things up a bit.  My family as coworkers aren't always the best sounding boards...
