What do you do to destress?

I think we all have those days. You know what I mean, those crazy days, where it feels like you are running all over the place and forgot to eat lunch.  Especially after the bigger class starts, where you are making sure all the new students are doing OK and attendance is posting correctly on top of focusing on building the next start. So what are some of the things that you do to destress?  

We just posted a new webinar into the library about workload paralysis impacting your attitude and how to overcome that.  If you haven't had a chance to check it out, make sure you go into the attitude section and check it out. Afterwards, let us know some of the things that you personally do to help yourself stay positive and keep moving forward during those tough times.
