Training Plans

How often do you lay out departmental or individual training plans? Do you have something in place already for Q1?

We recommend that individuals start with a goal for the year and then create quarterly plans. This helps people focus on goal attainment in smaller segments! It's also helpful to reexamine annual goals at the midpoint to adjust if necessary based on goal attainment.  :)
