When it comes to interacting with potential students...What motivates you to show up daily?
For me Angi, I know that we do NOBLE work here at Spartan College. I'm a huge advocate of education so I think I'm biased. I actually WHOLE HEARTEDLY disagree with people when I hear them say, "education is not for everyone." I think there is a certain type of education that fits the needs of each individual. Aviation education may not be for everyone, but there is a need for education for all (IN MY OPINION).
So to answer the original question...I'm motivated by the fact that I KNOW with 100% certainty that I have the ability to positively impact a potential student's life for the better through the means of Aviation education and that there is truly a high value need in the world for the training that we offer here.

I am right there with you, I believe that 'education' is for everyone...or how else would we know what we know? Now, some formalized education or jumping right into a 4-year college may not be for everyone...and that is absolutely ok. Education changes lives for the better and we work in an amazing industry where we can intentionally have a positive impact on someone's life.
Let me ask you, have you met with someone who felt that going to school wasn't a good fit or they were doing it for someone else? How did you handle that? Or how would you handle it?

Doesn't that feel absolutely amazing? Just knowing that you are having a positive impact on someone's life is a feeling like no other. I love seeing some of my students from years ago still doing amazing things in their field!
