How many of you are already back in the office, even in a hybrid type schedule? Or is your institution planning on returning after July 1 to in-person? Or has your organization adopted remote style of work? 
I'm interested to hear where you are all working from these days and also, if you had a perfect world, which atmosphere would ultimately choose for your work environment? And has your response changed over the past year or so?
