Hi, Chris. I've always viewed "closing" as an assumption vs. an event. In other words, if I've done everything correctly throughout the process and checked in along the way, there really shouldn't be any surprises when it comes to asking for an enrollment. If a prospective student says they are unsure or they don't want to enroll - it means I missed something and didn't create the value.
What specifically are you running into that is challenging?
