Great comment Kelly! I have had so many favorite moments in training; but I have to say I love it when participants are so engaged because they are changing thru the process.  Seriously! So many have said they were touched by certain moments and it is different for everyone.

I also love when they do the role play at the end using a new process they just learned. It's quirky and not smooth BUT they truly realize how much faster and effective they can be using the new skills and questions.

Since, we haven't gotten any responses here (YET) I wanted to kick off the response train with some of my personal impactful moments.

One of my favorites is always when during training, I am encouraging my team to write notes to help them later. And when they ask me a question from training, I usually first start by asking them what we discussed during that portion of training to get the conversation flowing and then all the sudden I can hear pages flipping and they go back through their notes and find their own answer and we can just chat about the situation rather than just asking and answering questions.

When I lead EM trainings, I absolutely love when you can see the lightbulb going off for a participant. When you can see the ball rolling and see them have their moment on how EM truly benefits the student is so empowering as a trainer. Everyone has their own takeaways but when a participant starts responding before I even say something it shows that they are invested in learning, in their student, and in their career and I absolutely love it!
