We'd love to continue the conversation here in the forum as we had such great comments and insights from the participants. So please share with us what you learned today during the LVT. Or we'd love if you could share which is your personal leadership style(s) and which styles you would like to add to your own personal library. 

As we discussed today, there is a time and a place for all of the styles to be effective if use appropriately and I think that is so true for me. I can definitely think of situations where I have used each style, but I'll admit I probably need to work the hardest to incorporate more of a democratic leadership style. Which would you like to get better on?
