It's important after a busy season of activity, whether it be a week, month, or quarter, to take a look at what went well and where you want to improve. Develop a game plan to maintain those same best practices or either incorporate new strategy into the plans for growth. Additionally, I must say writing down your goals is a MUST! Don't allow yourself to mentally jog through and recall all of your goals and plans. De-cluttering your mind and also your physical space can renew you with a clear sense of direction. By organizing your space, your pipelines, etc., you will find it much easier to develop a plan to start seeing results (calling previous interviews conducted, rework campaigns for those contacted, and managing your peak times for specific activities to occur).
