We are not on track due to the implementation of two new systems. Training the team on these systems took up a lot of time! The responses from others on this question has motivated me to get back on track and start creating a mid-year training plan. For us the remote aspect is not new but it does continue to present challenges. More virtual team meetings, more 1:1 check-ins to address fears, feelings, struggles, etc. are key for us. The remote work environments feeling of being alone has been greatly enhanced for us due to cities being on lock-down. We don't get the escape to socialization after work like we did previously. I really appreciate the questions you ask and the brainstorming it creates that leads to new ideas!
